Hairstyle for a new school year

I'm sure I have a bit to catch up on (whew, have I mentioned how busy we've been?), but I thought I'd announce to the world that we have a new 'do around here.

While I can certainly attest to my own affection to the medium-length/short-hair affinity, this was ALL Scout. She did want to emulate her good friend Charlotte, but she initiated this major change all by herself. And to my delight, she fancies herself rather "cute." I couldn't agree more!
