It's been like a year...

So, it's a bit hard to pick up where I left off, since it's been a VERY long time.

I will start with recent photos and work back when I can. Since I am the only one who still does this, and probably the only one who will read this, I hereby give myself permission to do whatever it takes to keep the blog in motion.

Let's go!
On Saturday, July 14, we took our kids and the nieces to Midtown Arts Center performance of Grease.

The show was great, the dinner quite good, but the most fun was bringing the girls in their Pink Lady jackets to the show. They were so darn cute and it was super fun to watch them enjoy the night out!

Before we went to the show, we had some pool time. The kids weren't crazy about the pool time, mainly because they were distracted by the events of later that day (we have now reached the moment where there was a child who requested at least an hour and fifteen minutes to get ready because, um, hair), but they got dragged in and had some fun with the peacock.
